In our 4-week bootcamp, your habit is reasonably set. But maintaining it and making it second nature may take longer. This subscription ensures that you reach that stage where the habit sticks. The support and discipline of our Bootcamps keep you on track through the highs and lows of daily life — day after day.
Choose the level of accountability and follow up you need to stay on track
Maintaining a habit is different for every individual. To stay on track, some of us may want higher nudge and accountability — e.g., follow up from our team if they don’t show up for sessions. Others may need a gentler touch. The Subscription Program allows you to customize your habit maintenance plan.
Prevent quitting if the habit-building streak breaks
Sometimes when life throws curveballs, e.g., work deadlines, illness, or family problems, our habit-building streak may break. If we don’t get back on track quickly, we may get demoralized and quit. This cycle of starting and quitting breaks our confidence. This long-term subscription ensures that you get back on track and don’t quit.

The Subscription Program works out to be less expensive than the monthly bootcamps. On average, the monthly cost of the 3-month Subscription program is 20% cheaper than our regular bootcamps. The 6-month subscription is 30% cheaper.
