Prioritization

The day I get a LOT done is also a day when most routine things remain pending. And those are the days I cherish.

Just striking off the maximum number of items from a to-do list is another rat race. What’s the point?

One day, try this:

1. Pick one or two tasks that really matter.

2. Give these tasks 4-5 hrs of undistracted time. (Caution: it is really hard.)

3. After you are done, do the routine survival things you have to (e.g., email, Slack). And then, end your work day early.

That will be a day you will remember — I promise.
