I have seen people adopt two distinct approaches when they want to start meditating:
Approach 1: Sit down and meditate.
Approach 2: Research lots and lots of meditation techniques (and do nothing).
In fact, this holds for everything in life.
If you want to do something, you can either keep researching. Or set aside 15 minutes, and get started.
Once you start, the journey has begun. And once the journey begins, no matter how long it takes, it has a shot at completion.
This is how things get done. There is no other way.
