There is a lot of nonsense out there about self-improvement. You will hear pseudo-scientific things like ‘manifestation’, ‘law of attraction’, and stuff like that.
Just a reminder – we don’t need any pseudo-science when we can just as easily change our life the normal way.
Here are a few things to consider:
– Cut down on social media and smartphone consumption.
– Limit the time spent on Netflix etc.
– Whatever change you want, act small, but act on it now. Don’t overthink it.
– Don’t smoke. Break addictive habits.
– Build a morning routine.
– Read books whenever you find the time.
You don’t have to do all of them. Doing even one or two will be way more powerful than trying to get some ‘law of attraction’ to work.
