Your brand is your story

You are already a brand.

Your brand is the way you write and talk. It is how you tell your stories. It is your thought clarity and the values your words reflect.

Your brand is the things that excite you and move you — things you love or loathe. It is the things that make you joyful, and sometimes, things that make you cry.

Your brand is the way you work and do business. It is the way you treat other people — especially those who can’t do you much good or harm.

Your brand is the things you do every day. It is the risks you take. It is how you handle failures — with grace or with denial. It is how you handle wins — with humility or arrogance.

Your brand is how you react to adversity and victory. It is the things you do on good days and bad.

In short, your brand is your story. You are already living that story.

And when you share that story, others learn about it. Now they know your brand — because they know your story.
